Learn how to review and respond to the approval feedback received from your Tasks reviewers. Your notifications will alert you when there is some feedback on any task that you have submitted for review.
You will receive either "Approved" or "Changes Needed" as feedback on your submitted uploads.
1. Approved - If a task is approved, that indicates the task has been successfully completed. Your notification will alert you of the feedback and you will be able to click through the notifications to access the approved task.
It might be useful to review and replies or new comments even when your submissions is approved.
2. Changes Needed - If you receive a notification on a task with "rejected" status, that indicates changes are needed and the task approver may have requested more information, changes/edits to the submitted files or could request additional files to complete the task.
Click the notification and then select images and comments to review the full feedback provided.
Hint! You will be able to click through each markup comments icon to navigate straight to the specific image the particular comment relates to.
When you're ready click on the Resume Task.
You can respond to each comment directly by selecting reply in the Chat window or by selecting an image and scrolling through comments on each image.
Hint! You can tag users in the comment by using the @ sign, this will trigger the notification to that user indicating a new comment has been added for their attention.
Once you're ready to submit new images/files to the task, just select Uploads again and Add more files. As before you can add further commentary to these files before submitting for review.
